SMS app sometimes locked [duplicate]

I don't know why but sometimes the SMS app is blocked and I can't get it in a normal state without a reboot.

When I say locked I mean all the conversations in the list are darker and no one is clickable. The only one choice I have is to leave it and reboot the phone.

It's happen one time on my Jolla. I'll try to reproduce it before post here, but I didn't successfull.
