High battery consumption after exchanging TOH

Attaching a new TOH to a running phone still results in a high battery consumption. After rebooting the device the battery consumption is again normal.

I have installed the latest update (SailfishOS version 1.0.3.8). I observe a higher battery comsumption only after exchanging TOH on a running phone, i.e. I do not shutdown the phone before exchanging TOH. I will test it again and see whether I can reproduce this.
