[feature-request] Color codes in calendar

Appointments are now shown in calendar as a white line under date. Since many have more than one calendar (appointments, birthdays, family,) it would be nice if appointments would be visible in that color, which is assigned to that spesific calendar. If there are appointments from more than one calendar, the line could be multi-colored or there could be more lines around the date number.

I would like to see Sundays and national holidays etc. with red date numbers. For example the dates of easter would be easier to spot.

Shamelessly replying to own feature request to promote it. Just today I noticed my whole month is full but by turning the calendar "Children's hobbies" off I noticed I actually do have some free time. Any possibility for this idea?
