no feedback ring when placing a call [duplicate]

I tested this with several operators and on all my outgoing calls there is no feedback ring. I place a call and all I hear next is person who answer my call. It is a known bug ?

Never happened to me, I always have normal ringing tone as expected. Tested on 2 operators.

I'm on Orange. Calls to Vodafone - no feedback ring. Calls to Romtelecom - no feedback ring. Calls to Orange - one some numbers I got feedback ring. Calls to RDS - - no feedback ring.

I thought that you have in mind calls when Jolla connected to different operators(different SIM inside or roaming). In regards to your post above - I have called subscribers of 10-25 different operators so far and always have had ringing tone. From your info looks like issue is with Orange+Jolla combo, may be some other Orange subscribers can comment.

I'm experiencing this as well, only get feedback ring for some numbers.

I have the same problem sometimes. It seems that I have always ring feedback for fixed number but I don't have always ring feedback for mobile number...
