ability to mount btrfs degraded as a second try

It would be nice if the btrfs mounts (during booting) if they fail would be tried to mount degraded (in case someone did a raid1 balancing on the µSD)
this just so that it can still boot, even if the µSD is removed (and you're using RAID1 with the mmc)
