Possible to develop a Glympse client for Sailfish?
This seems to be the only information they have available for developers. I'm not a developer so I'm not sure if anything could be done with this but it doesn't look promising.

"Glympse is a mobile service that allows GPS-enabled mobile phone users to share their location via a Web-based map for a pre-set period of time with anyone they choose. With Glympse, you are in complete control – you choose WHO you want to see your location, WHEN and for HOW LONG."
This is so close now to be a fully working app. Contacts are read but no SMS can be sent. Copy to clipboard doesn't work. Would be lovely to have these fixed soon.
