orientation consistency in apps

Settings app and fingerterm atm don't follow the orientation wrt edge gestures (aka, the swipe from top close, the side-swipes and the bottom swipe).
For most apps this works and follows rotation, but not for fingerterm and settings app.
personally, i'm ok with their rotation, but it should be consistent...
(some apps (dialer: so that answering the phone can be done blindly ) should not rotate, but that's another matter)
Which part of settings should turn? What do you mean for fingerterm (rotates for me, gestures and page, although the linefeed is messed up)?
