[suggestion] notification customization based on app

Hi,

I have a suggestion, it might be raised by someone before. The suggestion is to be able to customize the different native Sailfish applications which trigger notifications.

The customization shall include the following: - ring tone - LED color - notification on the lock screen - notification on the feed screen

That will give more personalization on the application based on our needs.

At the end, we want Sailfish to be the OS of smartphones.

@Rashed Albloushi Great suggestion i would love to see that functionality, SFOS notification customization by app including the popup notification on left top screen.
