Reboot, removing and readding Jolla account don't help.

Did you (by accident) enable developer updates in the Developer Mode settings?

Happened to me, too, today. Also doesn't download the new OS update. I had it in the dev mode, but disabled it now. Still does not work.

The serves are currently overloaded, this is the current source of all these update issues.

Had the same problems, apps in status "waiting" and downloading the OS update 1.0.2.5 not possible or aborted. Waiting for some hours helped. Now the OS update finished successful.

  1. Back up your Jolla.
  2. Reset device.
  3. Update the operating system to 1.0.2.5.
  4. Try again - Jolla store should now work.

No need to reset the whole thing. In developer mode, you can just go to Terminal and write: pkcon install store-client and then pkill store-client and it works again. Explained in various sources.
