Reset password fails.

Hello,
A password reset question.
When I initially set up my Jolla store account I had some issues, so have ended up with 4 usernames registered to the same email address. Now I've forgotten the password of the account I've been using on my phone and when I try and reset password on jolla.com I end up with a blank page and no email. I figure its something to do with the 4 usernames. Does anyone have any suggestion?
