Hello, is there any documentation at all as to what the options in the alien dalvik build.prop do, or if even editing them will have any effect on the virtual machine?

Alien Dalvik isn't a virtual machine. (I know, this does not answer your question.)

well either way, I mean there seems to be some useful options such as heap size and what not
