caching roaming searched network

When searching for network to log on to, the list of network can be cached for some minutes (say 10?) so that a new scan is not required if something is found to be be not working on the visited network. Scanning takes a long time and is a big source of frustration if/when something doesnt work and something else needs to be tried (the failure may be caused by the network or Jolla - I havent fully worked that out yet)
