Option in "shortcuts" to turn off visual interaction hints

I've come back to ask for an option to turn this feature off. It is driving me nuts.
The first several times! Please tell me that this isn't going to be like the volume setting warning, where it forgets it after a reboot and starts the count all over again. I don't want to rely on the system automatically counting ... I want to tell the phone that I don't want them. Once is enough! Twice is pushing it. Several ... oh, come on.

I would wonder why we need these hints in the first place, the tutorial app should cover all of that
