I don't know how Jolla detects which APN to use for a given operator, but with my Telia Sweden SIM, it chose the APN halebop.telia.se. Halebop is a virtual operator running in Telias network. I would assume they use a different MNC than Telia. The correct APN for Telia is online.telia.se
