BUG: Pulldown menu is almost translucent [not relevant]

After ending a call, I minimized and I went to use the dial pad. Upon trying to use it, it didn't change. Pulldowns also were translucent as well. Something was able to bring it back, but I'm unclear what.

I have not been able to reproduce, but will add notes if I am able to.
