Move 'End call' and 'Call again' buttons
Every now and then my 'End call' button doesn't react so I tap it over and over again until it reacts just like a dummy like me would do. I've been really close to tapping 'Call again' because of this because it appears after 'End call' pretty much in the same location.
This could be really embarrassing if you call up someone again just to tell them it was a mistake. Depends of course who you have been talking to.
Those buttons are not overlapping but let's put it this way: Where should they be moved?

You learn that green means call and red means end call. You could do this even 10m away from your phone because you see the colors as long as you aren't color blind.
Wizah ( 2014-05-07 12:23:30 +0200 )editThe "End call" and "Call again" buttons are intentionally not overlapping to avoid this. The buttons should be on the bottom area of the display as that is where user's hand normally is.
Using color coding on Sailfish is problematic due to ambience feature: green or red buttons may be hard to make out from the background and UI colors if the wallpaper is greenish or redish.
Joona Petrell ( 2014-05-07 18:33:47 +0200 )editI disagree on the claim that color buttons are "problematic" on Sailfaish. Usability should come first, style should follow. You can, and should, make call buttons more clear, eg. by using a frame and color. The "End call" and "call again" should be moved a bit more apart. That is all.
