[Feature Request] Easy access utility apps (kinda like WP Kid Zone)

You want your privacy protected, so I guess pretty much everyone sets a lock code for their Jolla. But there are also some apps that are not very privacy sensitive that you want to be able to open quickly. I'm thinking about the camera (restrictions on access to Gallery of course), calculator, torch, a newsfeed app, maybe some games. You can also put an image there with contact details in case you lose your phone.

I briefly used a Lumia WP and it has a Kid Zone that you access with a swipe from the lock screen. You can configure which apps can be used there, but there's a fatal flaw for my purpose: you still need to enter an unlock code...

So, I'd like to have a 'Utility Dock' that I can access from the lock screen with a simple swipe or push and that does not require entering the unlock code.
