Strange beeps

My Jolla has started to beep strangly once in a while. Sometimes it reboots after the beep, but sometimes it seems to beep if it's in my pocket and is under pressure (if I sit down or pick up something from the ground). Also happens randomly. Any ideas of the cause? A bug?
Ok so now I noticed my Jolla asks me to charge the battery while it beeps. I have 48% left on my battery and it just beeped a moment ago. I think I'll do a factory reset to see if it continues.
