Force (android) audio over speaker when on bluetooth

When I'm connected through bluetooth on my carkit, Sygic is giving it's instructions through the radio because of the BT carkit. As I can't regulate the volume in whatever way (and it's loud), I want to force the audio from android go over speaker, not BT. There's an option within Sygic to do so, but it has no effect. Please vote for this, even if you aren't effected by this problem. It can really help in some cases.
