It would be very useful when we have to reinstall Android support because of some Aliendalvik malfunctions. Everybody don't know where are hidden these settings and it's not very convenient to backup them manually.

I think this is a must. Android apps data and settings should be included in the backup.

ditto that, just include copy all app files, SFOS and Android to Backup directory, on restore copy all files to application folders and install through background install script, just like iOS does.

Please when you release this feature include the ability to: 1. backup app data/preference 2. reinstall the app from another app store (so different signature) 3. restore app data/preference

For now, do you now a way to make this manually?

@M1CK431 There are some common places but many apps do not follow recommended practice and store data wherever they want. Also, data format upgrade on app version change is also implemented in the app-specific way. Also a lot of apps do not use Android backup framework. Afaik, there is no universal and safe way to backup prefs/data of all Android apps, it is possible to do it only for ones who support mentioned backup framework. While many applications store their data in predefined place. You can try to copy the contents of your /home/nemo/android_storage to the SD card or somewhere else.

There is also /data/data/ outside the home directory.
