folders in app launcher
- create folders in the app launcher.
- open a folder and tap to launch an app.
- after app launches, swipe sideways to go back to the app launcher
- tap on any folder
at this point, look at the background of the folder view. you will see it is your app launcher in the background (the folder view has alpha blending i.e. it is slightly transparent). try tapping on one of the background icons (assuming it is not overlaid by any foreground app icon). you will be able to launch the application in the background icon. it's as though the folder in the foreground is ignored.
not here. it only goes out of the folder.

droll ( 2014-06-10 08:28:32 +0200 )editok wait. new observation: this problem only happens with Android apps.
droll ( 2014-06-10 11:45:25 +0200 )editI've tried with both native and Android apps and this doesn't seem to happen to me.
nthn ( 2014-06-10 12:32:13 +0200 )editI tried this again.
open a folder, launch an android app. once app has completely launched, go back to app launcher. tap on the same folder (from which you launched the android app) then tap on an icon that you can see in the background. you will end up launching that app with the background icon.
