Windows drivers for bluetooth=???

Can you provide us Bluetooth Peripheral Device driver for windows 7??? (I can't send/receive file to/from PC/Jolla and viceversa)

I have Win 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64-bit

My bluetooth hardware is:

Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator driver version 6.1.7601.17889

ThinkPad Bluetooth 3.0 driver version 3.0 6.5.0.1445

same problem with asus, can´t find drivers to transfer by BT.
