Add UI for creating all-day events

Currently the calendar displays existing all-day events correctly, but there's no UI for setting this (or it is well hidden).
After the update, I had all day events of Google Calendar showing up as two day events, even when they were one day events. Fiddled with them for a while both on Jolla and on the web calendar, but what finally fixed them was to delete the whole Google account from Jolla and create it again. Now the events are one day events as supposed to. Just to let you know if you experience the same issue.

I commented some in here. The all-day events show up correctly with Exchange sync, but with Google sync they are starting at 0200, ending next day at 0200 (also a time zone bug?).
