It's hard to read sent sms messages because UI transparency and too tiny system theme colored fonts.

Yes, too tiny fonts in particular there. Should have at least several setups like: - Small - Normal - Large - ExtraLarge

Option to embolden font is needed as well as size options

Colour is the main issue - especially in condition under bright sunlight.
