Startup/factory reset and hidden WLAN [duplicate]

This is an edge case, but here it goes: If you start your Jolla (or factory reset it) without SIM card (or with a plan without data) and rely only on a hidden WLAN, then you can't set up your Jolla account. An option to set up hidden WLAN's should be given at this stage.
