[UI] Known bluetooth devices should be ordered by most recent use, not pairing order

I have many known/paired bluetooth devices in my list in Settings. The device I use most is also the device I paired most recently, which means it's all the way in the bottom of the list. So everytime I want to connect to it I need to scroll down the list to find it.
The list of known bluetooth devices should be ordered so that the most recently connected-to devices are on top. Currently new devices are added to bottom part of the list which does not serve the user well in this context.
