[feature-request] Make "Ad support" within apps obvious in Jolla Store

Some people do not like to see ads. It would be nice to be informed of ad usage within Apps prior to installing them. This could be accomplished by an extra "Ad-Icon" added to the appicon like it is done to differentiate nativ apps from android ones in Jolla Store.

I don't think Jolla should take care of it, the dev should clearly state that his app shows ads,
