Improved implementation of time zone information retrieval

But it still show incorrect time for example in Waze app. It show me 3 hours less than my current time :(

I've found the bug present in 1.1.1.27 (using Whats App). Android doesn't recognise timezone and time seems to pass faster when the app is minimized ( https://together.jolla.com/question/72043/11126-android-clockwork-time-seems-to-run-too-fast/ )

The time in Waze is right starting from 1.1.0.38.
