Does anyone know why a Jolla (german o2 SIM) can not phone in/from Prague CZ

The phone does not seemto find the "netz" at all since arriving in the country------ Restarted and the obvious (in our opinion= things have been attempted.

getting the signal just took a looooong time but now it is finally there.
