how to remove microsoft exchange accounts

Anybody who can help me removing MfE-accounts? I set up one account to sync my work mail and agenda. However, I notices that with every OS update the account was duplicated. So I want to remove all and re-install. That might also help to solve some other problems I'm having with sync of the exchange account. thanks a lot for any suggestions.
@VeraPfundt - You get duplicates after update ? are you restoring some backup ? Account can be delete in settings->accounts like mentioned bellow.
