Notifications should only display the events after the last 'clear notifications'

Currently the Notifications screen list all the missed calls and not just those calls, which were received after the last 'clear notifications' action. The same applies for messages, it lists all those unread messages and not just the ones which were received after 'clear notifications' action. In my opinion the proper action should be, that only the events which occurred after the last 'clear notifications' action should be displayed in notifications screen. All older notifications could be stored in the separate event log, which then could be accessed separately if one wanted to check older events.
