i were accidentally install jolla browser setting in app store. when i unstall it and the app remove my browser as well? did anyone can tell me how to install back native browser?

open the terminal, login as root and type "pkcon install sailfish-browser"
(if you got no terminal, you need to activate developer mode first)
and by the way, the browser settings package you mentioned is not from the offical Jolla Store, but from the Warehouse. ;)

I'm sure there is something you could do via command line console to restore the browset but if you don't want to use that, factory reset might be the way to go here.
No need to reset the device.
Simply disable Sailfish Browser Nightly repository in Warehouse then in terminal:
pkcon remove sailfish-browser
pkcon remove sailfish-browser-settings
pkcon remove embedlite-components-qt5
pkcon remove qtmozembed-qt5
pkcon remove xulrunner-qt5
pkcon install sailfish-browser
