[feature request] display warning symbol if exposure time is too long

The camera has no shaking compensation, so if exposure time (shutter speed) is too long you'll have to keep the phone still to avoid blurry images. Therefore you should see a warning symbol (shaking camera/hands) if this is likely to happen - in photocameras this feature is very common.
If you have switched off flash, I think you should be reminded (eg. flash symbol turning red/blinking) about it.
