Crash when shooting a video

Every now and then I've seen crashes while I was shooting video with the native camera application. Last time it happened the battery was at 90% and there is a paper supporting the battery. Anyone experienced the same? During a crash I got only dark screen, with no leds or anything, only way out is the long press on the power button. The shot video isn't saved either, which bugs the most about this.
