Allow Android to stop audio during phone calls and notification sounds

When Sailfish accepts a call or plays notification sounds, Android applications should be made aware of that so they can stop playing audio of they decide to.
Currently, when listening to music or a podcast with an Android app, and accept a phone call, the audio material will continue to play back in the background.
