Jolla says no installer found when I try to install a .deb package. What could be the possible solution for this?
Well you could convert it to rpm by using some tool like alien. However are you sure you want to do that? Is the software you want to install even suitable for the Jolla?

If you know what you're doing, you could just oben the package on the desktop, look what it contains and copy the files over to the respective destinationson the Jolla phone.
