"Positioning on" question when starting Maps

I'd like to see a question "Would you like to enable GPS positioning?" when the app Maps is started while GPS is turned off in the settings. It would speed up the user experience, reducing the amount of needed gestures from 6 to 1, as now I need to close/minimize the app, enter settings to enable it and return to the app.

can that be optional please, connection popup is annoying enough for now..

@chemist as a sidenote, connection popup should not popup anymore with u10 if mobile data is not allowed (enabled) when starting maps. :) see commit :)

@tigeli I mean in general, there are android apps for example that have an offline mode but even if active still try to get a connection -> popups. Doubt that patch will work for long, if a routine gets triggered again it will popup, just the same routine wont trigger again, right?
