SDK: Allow linking to libopenal, libogg, libvorbisfile

These are essential libraries for game developers and would make porting games from Linux/Windows desktop easier.

For example Blackberry has OpenAL (among a bunch of other libraries) enabled by default: http://developer.blackberry.com/native/documentation/core/library_support_built_in.html

As mentioned in several places before. Harbour QA started on 07. Jan 2015 to accept submissions which depend on:

libogg.so.0
libvorbis.so.0
libvorbisenc.so.2
libvorbisfile.so.3

libopenal is currently not part of the platfrom, we will review it's state later in case it makes it into mer.
