[feature request] Help System

Hi...
atm app developers are putting helpful informations and hints in different locations in the app itself. Some have an Info entry in the pulley menu, some put them in the settings as text. Wouldn't it be great to have a standard help system on the phone like the manpages under linux? (or the help system in gnome, kde, etc). Developers could add a document in the package and the system takes care of the rest - e.g. a long press on the app icon and a gesture brings up the guide for the app.
yet another use for the currently mostly useless app-settings menu!
