I guess title already explain it clearly, which makes the android app pretty much unusable for me...

Update: This seems only affect the application that has ability to adjust volume itself, for example, here map beta: http://here.com/beta/android/?lang=en-GB

I noticed distortions while listning to music via the soundcloud android app, sounds like the volume is set to high, e.g. > 100% (inside the android layer)

just got a android notification while listening to music and the phone switched to full volume on it's own. quite painful....

I guess you mean that the system volume gets 100% after app is being started? This issue has been fixed on a newer version of aliendalvik which hopefully makes into next update.

Just curious, what's actual package installed from jolla shop when choose android support? Is it aliendalvik or just some wrap package? I just want to ask is aliendalvik update with jolla store or update with system update, because on older system I don't have such problem.

@csslayer Yes, when installed from jolla store it is aliendalvik package and usually it is updated during system update (like with u9).

@tigeli is there any other link for this bug? I'd just like to confirm if they are the same one.

Maybe this is already covered enough, but the bug seems to happen after every reboot. When I start an android app after reboot, the volume of the android app is always 100%. This is the situation with update 9.
