Time, date / notifications at the screen even when screen is locked [duplicate]

Is it possible to show information at the screen even when screen is locked? Just like in lumia / symbian devices shows time, date and notifications.

At least the clock would be nice. More small notifications even better. Just like Nokia had once in a time.
