cannot reach pictures from android emulator after last update

There is no way to reach the pictures from an android application (viber). This occurs after upgrading to le last (security) update.

I'm using version: 1.0.8.21

yes, after a "dalvik restart".

Not the same as a full phone reboot :)

I have the same issue with whatsapp. The pictures taken prior to update 1.0.8.xx are visible by Alien-dalvik, but new ones aren't. Even if you modify the any of the latest pictures it will not help.

Could this be related to the picture attributes that are not included to the tracker index?

There is one post here on tjc about that issue. It was related to the orientation of the pictures taken after installing update 8

The same issue with VK. It reaches albums covers from my music folder, but it doesn't see latest pictures from the gallery.
