Does the Jolla tablet have a notification LED ? As the Jolla smartphone has it, it would be nice to also have it on the the tablet for familiarity and general usefulness.

The tablet hardware does not have LED indicators, hence we are unable to support indicating notifications/charging or any other status information similar to the Jolla phone.
So because Jolla is also not considering to implement the LPM/Glance-Screen feature on which way will the tablet inform the users about new events/notification? It's is a big regression to not have any notification :/
Alex ( 2015-01-15 21:15:37 +0200 )editThe screen will certainly wake up, show the notification and go to sleep again. And if you need to check manually, wake up the tablet and glance at the lock screen notifications ? There's not much tablets with led indicators nowadays.
