I think, the best help is to translate interesting articles and other useful content (e.g. video tutorials) to Russian. You can post translation or link to it to e.g. Jolla VK and other Russian-language media about Jolla. E.g. articles by Jaakko Roppola or Stefano Mosconi. Also, a lot of interesting articles can be found in blogs created by Jolla community members (just one random example: http://www.jollausers.com/).
I am sure, Russian speaking community will be very happy and grateful if you do it :)

In addition, one can help gather people / organize Jolla / Sailfish OS themed events, like developer meetings introducing Sailfish app dev-cycle or something
