As seen in the indiegogo campaign there are some neat changes in the UI, like swipe from top to [Lock,silence(1hr),AmbiencePage] ~~and from the side you get the settings...~~ As it was said that SFOS will be updated on the phone too, I, and I think I can speak for the mass in this aspect, expect it to be the same actually, well apart from features that are limited to a larger screen like the 1/3 splitscreen.

The two features I mentioned are what the phone UI really needs, but I'd add the pulley shortcuts from lock-screen to the phone's and make the ambiences fill the screen.

Do we need to wait till May as this was a mockup or is there development already?

You found the answer as you know that SFOS will be updated on the phone too, in sync with the tablet.... So please don't make duplicates and go vote for those features that you want.

? You show an UI change and I ask if it will be available prior to the 2.0 release...? A simple 'No these changes will come to the phone with the 2.0 update' or 'Yes it is already in the pipeline so you may expect it sooner but no promises!' ...

@chemist: Your question was very difficult to understand. Anyway the UI changes will come when they are ready, but no idea when that is.

@chemist: As @Philippe De Swert mentioned, the changes are likely to happen gradually, we will hopefully improve on how these are actually communicated here, iow, better roadmap visibility :) I take the liberty to close this questions as answered...

As far as I can tell from the Slush photos and videos, the prototypes on the stand were basically playing a nice mockup video, right ? Nothing bad with that at all! Just noting that seeing all these features as real functional part of the OS might take some time.
