[Bug] Swiping down on the last app launcher page triggers app deletion [duplicate]

What happens:
1) Scroll down to the last app launcher page 2) Try to scroll down even more without releasing your touch 3) Observe, that the page fades out indicating that you cannot scroll more 4) Wait a bit and observe the launcher going into the app deletion mode
What I expected:
The app deletion mode shouldn't get triggered. Triggering the app deletion mode should require releasing the touch/swipe and then pressing and holding the app grid again.
