[Feature Request] Ability to lock data connection

Hello there,

it would be awesome if the data connection could be locked using a self assigned pin or other security mechanisms. When I have an app running which requires a network connection and leave the range of the W-LAN it asks after unlocking the screen which data connection to use. Every time when I accidentally hit the mobile data connection I have to pay some money.

So I don't know if it is already possible, but thou I did not found it I would like to see it in some future versions.

Can't you simply disable mobile data?

That's not the final option because in some situations I may want to use it. It would help at least, so thanks.

Disabled mobile data conection is still offered as an option when system asks for network.
