Would the gallery pulley menu give authenticated upload options?

I would like to be able to upload images (like screenshots) directly to this forum so that it is more convenient to ask or answer questions. Access to the image could sit my user page and be available for any forum questions to include or reference.
The screenshots are the Gallery pulley menu and submenu involved. Make this a feature of sites on which users have authenticated login credentials, like Pinterest, with icons at the bottom of the pulley menu to fit several actions in one row (selection highlighting determined by vertical pull length and serialised item order).
I use the native client available for http://imgur.com to upload screenshots.
