Icons Arrangement Bug

Usually Jolla's icons are in 4x6 grids.

When arranging icons there is a change that one grid contains nothing, and two icons overlaps in another grid.

Cancel the arrangement, the icons still overlaps. Re-arranging and dragging the overlapped icons fixes the problem.

Happens in Update10(1.1.1.17) and Update8
