I Need a Basic Feature it had on every cell in the past: Deactivate the phones function to tell me about nearby WiFi´s. This costs battery life and is really annoying during Navigation in the car, when the whole Screen gets filled with the question about a Connection.

I don't get such notification when my wifi is on (and I cannot remember to have ever seen it), so there seems to be some possibiliy to get that notifications off :-p Does this only happen when you have an Android app running (aka is that notification an Android / Alien darvik functionality maybe), which I probably don't have activated?
